Very simply (and you'll have to research how to do each stage yourself on the wiki, this forum and Internet)

Check if you have a VR sensor.
Ensure your speeduino board is set to use a VR sensor
Check what VR conditioner you have
Set your trigger edge to match the VR conditioner

If you don't have a VR sensor, pick a trigger edge

Use high speed logger to ensure you've got the wiring on the sensor the right way round

Lock ignition timing to something you have a timing mark on your engine for, eg 8 10 or 12 degrees.

Wire up your spark plugs

Soon the engine and using a timing light on plug 1, adjust the trigger offset till it'sl it on the fixed timing mark you chose & kicked the ignition to.

Now wire up everything else.
