regular electronic flasher relais can be modified to work with LED, if you can open them. inside is a shunt to check the load. i'm sure you will find some instructions online

Tridon/Novita sell a flasher, part number EP27, which is compatible with LED lighting. About $16 USD.
Not sure if it's compatible with your vehicle though.
