Tuner studio wont connect to speeduino

Hi There.

Just a newbie!

Tuner studio wont connect to my 0.4.4D speeduino.
1. Speedyloader loaded to mega
2. Base tune loaded in to Tuner Studio
3. Arduino loaded to my laptop.

Any help would be appreciated.
