Making progress! Are the other sensors calibrated and registering, etc? Just my perspective having fried a couple things on metal - I cringe when I see an unlined case with a processor. You may have your solution already, but I at least put an old neoprene mouse pad into the case, or glue to the bottom of the PCB, to ensure nothing shorts to the case. Heck, I do something when it's built, as I've made PCB smoke with a piece of trimmed resistor leg hiding on the bench... :roll: :lol:

In the video, only the tps was connected. So about that… I accidentally fried the arduino in the video a short time later just as your described. :lol: Waiting on a new one!
