12v on the 5v rail how bad is it?

I've been away from playing cars for a few weeks, whilst dealing with some mental health issues, today I got back on with the NO2C install, when I built the loom I managed to get 2 of my 3 identical plugs mixed up pin 1 of plug 1 is 5v to the TPS, pin 1 of plug 3 is the main 12v feed into the ECU, I've fried the Arduino, but have I damaged anything on the NO2C?

I'm off to a corner to cry for a while.

Maybe not too bad.
Possible you damaged the voltage regulator , perhaps a few diodes.

Leave the new Arduino off the board and power it up via a 21w light bulb ( old school current reducing safety precaution).
If the reg is putting out 5v still , and the bulb doesn't try to glow , then you should be good.
