Not diesels, not more than 16 cylinders and not necessarily without changing some of the sensors or outputs to ones speeduino supports.

Also only port or throttle body mounted injectors.
Direct or GDI injection is currently also not supported.

I suggest you perhaps have a good read through the wiki to assist answering questions too.
