You can have a 2nd wideband o2 sensor, but its for logging/display only - doesn't take part in fuelling corrections (but that should be OK).
You can use wasted spark on a 270° engine, you'll just need 2 ignition channels. (So you'll need a coil with 2 trigger inputs).
