Tunerstudio keeps reconnecting

Look at the last two pages. Good conclusion there.

Good luck

Good find.

I had a similar issue. It was the contacts on the computer end were loosing contact randomly.
I pinched the outer plug area to make it tighter and it was good. Better contact.

If by saying a USB cable with ferrite you mean a USB with braided steel outer reinforcement there are two possibilities here. A bad old cable is one possibility or the steel braided outer layer is acting like a shielded cable and is filtering out possible electronic noise.

I hope it has fixed your issue.

Is there away to use a single wire temp sensor for CLT? A two wire sensor is connected between sensor input and ground so it should function with one wire, engine is grounded.

An other 20 liter gas out in the air. What I can tell is that I can get it idle on D jet settings manually. I adjust VE till I have D jet AFR and it runs ok. Then if I disconnect computer it stalls and do not start without computer. WB is not connected any more, I read from the AME gauge. Yes I have 5V without the computer. 12V source is the same all time.
Is this the only distributor triggered engine on speeduino? I have to fine tune the cuts in pulley, I see on scope that it differ a little in distance between the cut. I notice in the last update that some work had been done on the dist trig :) Problems I had in the beginning that I had to work around.

You were just working on one sensor that can be part of this problem.
Water temp.

If your motor is cold it can handle and need more fuel. As it warms up it needs less fuel.
If the water temp sensor is not installed yet or not calibrated correctly it will run richer as it warms up.

There could also be a similar issue with the IAT as it will also change fuel ratios as well as ign timing with air temp.

Take the time to hook up all sensors and calibrate them. This may solve most of your issues.

On the latest firmware 202002 there are new tables that will need set up so they don't change timing or fuel ratio.

Go page by page on TS to find all configuration needed and get all your sensors calibrated right and you will be better off.

Keep going.

I forgot to tell that I have not the cold start injector connected on the D jet run, that why the first minute is very lean. Water temp sensor shows the correct degree on TS so it should be correct set up. At cold start, air and water temp is same, warming up TS follows car temp gauge so It must be correct. Thermostat 88 and that 's what TS shows (89).
