i know that these boards are not intended to work in m44 engines with bosch m5.2 DME but, any basetune for this PCB could work? maybe the m43 ones?

Pazi, I think the ignition sequence order settings for m50b25tu are wrong, the correct one would be cylinders 1,5,3,6,2,4 1.6 5.2 3.4. How are you currently?

Nope. That's correct what is there currently.
Can you give me the current order to check?

Yeah, this is the m50 firing order and how wasted spark works:

This is the M50NV wiring diagram:

And here's the schematic for this board:
schematic.png

So:
IGN Output 1 - pin 25 - Cyl 1
IGN Output 2 - pin 52 - Cyl 5
IGN Output 3 - pin 24 - Cyl 3
IGN Output 4 - pin 51 - Cyl 6
IGN Output 5 - pin 23 - Cyl 2
IGN Output 6 - pin 50 - Cyl 4

So all is correct for M50NV. In M50TU it's like this:
M50TU.png
M50TU.png (69.19 KiB) Viewed 1331 times
So:
IGN Output 1 - pin 25 - Cyl 5
IGN Output 2 - pin 52 - Cyl 3
IGN Output 3 - pin 24 - Cyl 6
IGN Output 4 - pin 51 - Cyl 2
IGN Output 5 - pin 23 - Cyl 4
IGN Output 6 - pin 50 - Cyl 1

Which means that the order is correct, but it's just shifted by 120 degrees. But so is the crank trigger wheel too in m50tu. Which means that the same board and tune can be used for both M50NV and M50TU.

The stock coils don't cause that and the R8 coils aren't really a upgrade. Just throw in new stock coils, if you want to change those. Misfire at idle is usually caused by leaky valve, uneven injector flow or just bad tune.

But if you really want to change to R8 coils, you need to remove the IGBT's, jump over those, and change the 150/160 ohm resistors to 10 Ohm ones.

Good afternoon, has anyone already changed the injection phase angle, looking for savings and power? my graph is flat 355* I'm running m50b25tu turbo 0.6 bar, thanks
