Help with building your Speeduino, installing it, getting it to run etc.

The lights, if fitted, are internal. And I can't see the ecu whilst cranking anyway!

I could use the hardware test facility on TS?

Yes, hardware test would be good. Or you could take one of the injectors out and see if you can see it spray when.you crank.

There's still something funny in there. in my priority order:

1) check with a timing light that your trigger angle is right for the engine - there's a bit in the wiki to explain this.
2) what is your injector size? the required value of 19+ seems very high.
3) you've still got battery measured at 0v while you're cranking which isn't right and will be resulting in some wrong corrections. Is speeduino really getting 12v?
4) TPS doesn't move from 0 during the log - are you moving the throttle at all?
5) MAP is 91 while you're not cranking, then static(ish) at 98/99 during cranking. I'd expect it to be at atmospheric before cranking and below atmospheric during cranking.
6) CLT is 0 and MAT is -13. is that accurate? seems unlikely but will affect corrections.

Ensure you turn off the hardware test when cranking/running the engine.

Struggling to get the trigger angle right. Aside from having intermittent spark, the TDC mark doesn't even come in to view with the strobe. Hopefully you can access the video. I have edited it to 25% original speed.

Seems way off and so feedback appreciated!

Dropping to 10v is normal while cranking.
If you progressively change the trigger angle 25° at a time a try again, eventually the crank mark should come into view and you can refine from there.

Ok great. The intermittent spark though? Is that a symptom of the trigger angle being off?
