Unless you have specific data that suggests the injector opening time is 3ms, set it the default 1ms. 3ms is rather high!
Set the VE and Spark tables to start at 0. So the scale should go from 0-100. Otherwise throttle opening from 0-5 will get the same fuel. And likewise Spark 0-2.5
Just to clarify ... does the engine have 6 cylinders and only 4 injectors?
In engine constants stoichiometric ratio would normally be set to 14.7 for petrol/gasoline
