Would there be any qualms with using 28-1 as a crank trigger wheel? Build is ratrod-ish and I've a couple of burnt up 28 tooth sawblades and bad ideas....

Thought I read somewhere that base teeth needed to be wholly divisible by 360, however after reading the manual and fiddling with tuner studio, it doesn't seem to mind...Maybe it was for anyother setup I was pondering... just wanted to check before I run down that rabbit hole too far.

The Non-360 decoder can work for some tooth counts that do not divide into 360, but typically only by a small remainder, e.g., 360/16=22.5, not 12.345678901234567. I don't know the magic to know if it can. A test would be required if I was trying it.
