Another question:
The first tooth (after the cam signal) on the trigger wheel mounted on the crankshaft passes in front of the sensor about 73° BEFORE TDC. Currently, in the "trigger angle" value, I have set +73. I also checked with the stroboscopic light, but the description suggests that I should input 360-73=287.

If the strobe light agrees with the value speeduino is commanding, then you have the right trigger angle.

Why does the angle not stay at 0° (it goes beyond 90°) when I install the spark plugs?
Below you will find two screenshots related to the ignition attempts with and without spark plugs.

Hey!
Does it require the extra sensor to run? I'm putting one in a small jetboats and wondering about using a speeduino. I think I might actually be using your engine model to mockup mounts! Saw your YouTube shirt too very cool.

I replaced the original trigger wheel (24-2) with one without a missing tooth (I thought it might cause synchronization issues, but I'm not sure).
To achieve a fully sequential layout, I added a single-tooth wheel on the camshaft.

Two missing teeth is fine provided they are right after each other. Toyota engines for example often use a 36-2 trigger which of course works fine as well.

Ahh I see so if I didn't want to run sequential it would be fine as is??
I've never set anything like this up from scratch before, would you be willing to help or share your settings? You mentioned you had all the factory tables? Thanks 🙂
