Yes on both, for most Speeduino boards. The Denso 129700-4571 coils are passive ("dumb") without built-in coil driver, so you can add any of many drivers such as the Bosch 0 127 100 200 "200" or "BIM200" dual-channel driver modules for two coils. Speeduino IGN1 and IGN2 outputs go directly to the BIM200 signal inputs as below.
