Hello there.

I've noticed something strange... When I put my arduino mega on my speeduino card, the PC recognises the COM but it is impossible for it to install the firmware or connect with tunerstudio...

Whereas if the arduino mega is alone, everything works...

Is this normal? Are there any solutions to this problem? Thank you

No, thats not normal. I think it indicates a problem on the speeduino board. Which board is it?
