My main concern currently is the fuel pump priming indefinitely

The stock tach would be nice but it's not necessarily needed

I wanna get the clutch switch figured out but now I know I just need to rewire it

I initially thought these were all related but now Im not sure

It is wired from the speeduino directly through the stock wiring harness using a breakout board

It was working fine at first (would prime for 4 second then shut off) then one day while testing some changes in my tune It just randomly started having this issue

The fuel pump has a relay. it's the ground side of the relay that connects to Speedy. If there is a chafe in the wire, than that could cause it to ground when it shouldn't.

I checked all the relays and fuses that have anything to do with fuel but I'll check them again as well as checking the wiring

Test the circuit so you know where to look for the failure. Probe at the relay signal(-), usually pin #85 (relay coil ground), where Speeduino connects. Volt meter probes to Pin85 and ground.

When powered but OFF, the relay pin 85 should show VBAT (±12V feeding from pin 86). Verify.
When signaled by Speeduino to turn the relay ON, pin 85 should drop to near ground (±0V). Verify.

Report what you find.

ECMs connect to relay signal(-) terminal, the grounding pin of the relay coil:
