My main concern currently is the fuel pump priming indefinitely

The stock tach would be nice but it's not necessarily needed

I wanna get the clutch switch figured out but now I know I just need to rewire it

I initially thought these were all related but now Im not sure

Test the circuit so you know where to look for the failure. :!: Probe at the relay signal(-), usually pin #85 (relay coil ground), where Speeduino connects. Volt meter probes to Pin85 and ground.

When powered but OFF, the relay pin 85 should show VBAT (±12V feeding from pin 86). Verify.
When signaled by Speeduino to turn the relay ON, pin 85 should drop to near ground (±0V). Verify.

Report what you find.

ECMs connect to relay signal(-) terminal, the grounding pin of the relay coil:
