Just curious where that trigger pattern code exists. I've been doing some testing/debug around the 36-2 Wheel. I've got my car running and maintaining fully sync, supposedly with sequential fuel. I'm searching for an issue that is causing a misfire around 4000 RPM and causing me to idle extremely rich. It seems that the longer I idle, the more I start getting misfires which cause lean spikes.
My understanding is that the cam signal is not referenced after startup, but I'm wondering if that's really the case. I've been discussing with someone else who recently went to a 36-2 wheel and is having a similar misfire, but is running batch injection.
It could be unrelated, but I was curious to see if adding the cam trigger pattern would fix these issues before throwing parts at the ignition system.
