I ordered the following board, unfortunately I had to buy 10 pieces but I only needed one for my experiments. I am now selling 9 pieces at cost price plus shipping costs to you.
Unlike many others, this board also has a voltage regulator so that it can be supplied with a voltage higher than 5V. But you can also omit this if you supply it directly with 5V.
The part works very well, you get an absolutely stable rectangle. Contrary to the circuit diagram, C4 and C5 can be made slightly smaller <300pF.
