Hi all,
Few news very soon. Heat gun and microscope received for smd devices ;)
In the same time, I'm begining v0.2 HRTeensyDuino :D so is there a library for Delphi_01052017_F135200-1163225 56pins connector ?
Kind regards.

Pics about my com's issues + the firmware with mod's.
If I use SpeedyLoader-x64.exe, com's are successfull.
Thx to your help. ;)

Hi all ;) ,

Few news about my project :
Firmware modified (pinmapping + define layout) is working. Base msq download + engine general menu and others configured ; sensors configured ; trigger wheel PSA 60-2 (114°) configured.

INJ tested and working fine.

My question is for IGN because I mesure 0,80v (500rpm) to 2,60v ( 7500rpm) on all IGN channels with voltmeter.
Vdrive = 5 V and TC4424's have 4,94v on pin6. Do you think it's enough to drive R8 type COP's ?

Kind regards :) .

Many typical voltmeters cannot read quick enough to display voltage accurately. For testing function in an ECM, an oscilloscope (even a cheap one) is virtually required. If you have an extra Arduino, there are some online projects for fast-read voltmeter circuits that may work in a pinch?

"Smart" coils and coil drivers rated 5-volts should work properly with the standard output of the TC4424 at 5V. Some drivers use more current than others (at 5V), and output resistor values may need calculation. Search if yours is one of those. From what I've seen, original A/Q/R/S "red" coils (06E905115x or 958 602 102 00) work fine at 5V. Some fakes or clones can be different.

Hi PSIG,
thx for answer ;)

I've measured IGN's signals with an oscilloscope and you're totally in truth :
4,97V square wave form signal during 70rpm to 8000rpm.
PERFECT ! :D
Of course, I'll use "Red" R8 COP from NGK for sure : cost effective and good quality products.

I've an other question :
my RPM is going crazzy near 5200rpm to 6300rpm. Before 5200 and after 6300rpm ; rpm are stables (+/-30rpm).
Measuring the signal after treatement with max9926 circuit, with oscilloscope on Teensy35 (pin23 in my pinMapping), I read a "nice" 5.04V square wave form signal in accordance with rpm not in TS as explain before.

Do you think that the VDDA (5v) pull-up on COUT1/2 is not "tolerate" by Teensy35 ? :|

Kind regards.

Hi all :) ,
After fews tests with vdrive connected to 3v3 than 5v on vdrive instead, I still have an rpm issue. After some reseraches and test with an 36-1 cible simulated on stim, I've found 8-) . The issue comes from the use of 60-2 cible without 4.7k resistor to vr+ and vr- on crank. I've added the resistor and all is fine until 9500rpm.
After 9500rpm, my old jimstim is bugging so my board is bugging too  .
More news when I've finished my engine run stand.
Kind regards.
