Help with building your Speeduino, installing it, getting it to run etc.

IAT and CLT are also not so realistic again. have you 'burned' the calibration?

also - you have a 'baro' gauge that is showing 72kpa, which is much closer to a reasonable value.
you don't have a separate baro sensor, so that baro reading is being read from your map sensor at power on (unless its just the 'disconnected' default).
What altitude are you at?
I'm in florida, so I'm at seal level.

Can you try a map gauge in kpa? Perhaps there's a problem with the unit conversion. Maybe.
The map sensor is calibrated right?

I would test for function, just to tell if it is settings, hardware, firmware, etc. For example, suck on the MAP sensor port to see if it changes value at all? Likewise, test other inputs (CLT, IAT, TPS, etc) using board 3.3V voltage in order to confirm they are functional, such as I describe here: viewtopic.php?p=43637#p43637

I read the included article and as far as i can tell everything is properly soldered together. I did the eprom clean and reflashed the firmware. I tried sucking on the map sensor and saw no change in tuner studio. I've tried calibrating it using some custom values on the map sensor to get the base at 100kpa but again, when i suck on it it doesn't move at all.

PSIG wrote: Tue Jun 13, 2023 1:52 am Post your tune setup. What board are you using?
Please see the attached tune file, board is a speeduino no2c. Map sensor is not moving even when i suck on it. Here's some more info, i measured continuity between output of the map and input pin going to the Arduino, it measured 468 ohms. Does the no2c require a different speeduino firmware file? My others sensors are working now, IAT,TPS,CLT, all work. I also measured the continuity of the sensor from sensor output to sensor ground and got 1250ohms. I was getting about the same with other sensors i have onhand. I don't think its the sensor, and I don't think its my speeduino board. Could it be a bad arduino?

Tested continuity between the map sensor and the bottom of the arduiono board, 470 ohms was my result. So the map sensor signal is getting from the speeduino board to the arduino. I say we can rule out the map sensor, and the speeduino board. Could it be a bug in the firmware of the speeduino or a bad Arduino board? I've ordered another arduino to test with, but this is a brand new unit. I do have the stock fz07 map sensor as well i Could wire in and test with if you guys think that would help?

Can you measure the signal varying as you suck/blow in the sensor between the various points, rather than just test continuity?
edit: and please can you confirm that you have pressed burn on the MAP calibration? and maybe a photo of your actual no2c board?

@jonbill

I wonder if this is connected to the O2 burn issue? I have messaged @noiseymime.

@njking25

As a test, would you mind installing the previous release of the firmware. 202207 please. NOT 202207.2

If the map sensor then works, please install the master/dev firmware, and test if it still works.
