This was approved by noisymime as suitable for the next official Speeduino VR board, some time before all VR boards were dropped from the main Speeduino repo.
Based on the usual previous designs & data sheet with the following notable points:
20x20mm with rounded corners and two mounting holes.
8-pin DIP header pin mounting/connection for Speeduino (& other) compatibility.
4-pin SIL pin header for breadboard / PCB edge mounting.
On-board SMT capacitor for optional PTH 5V regulator.
SMT resistors sized as per noisymime recommendation.
SMT components on only one side to minimise height for cheaper letter postage of minimally assembled PCB.
Optional power resistors as per datasheet.
