what pin is 12v power in to ecu

the arduino 2560 r3 has a power plug is it used

Which board are you using ,they are all varied.

No the power plug on the mega is unused.

Quantum Coupe with V04 on Ford 1.4CVH,Quantum 2+2 with Custom V04 on Jaguar 3.0l AJ30 V6
mini GPIO :done More soon

the orange screw terminal, in the bottom left corner has 12v written next to it!
