So I have my subaru all set up with a speedy efi ecu and I have been slowly getting it all sorted out but im having an issue with hard starting, it is difficult cranking and back fires once in a while. My first instinct is the cranking timing is off. I have changed it multiple degrees both ways and no change. It is currently set at 5 degrees. Seems to run decent once it starts.

You need to post your tune and a log during issue for us to see what is happening.

Without we are completely blind as to what is going on.
