Does anyone know any good SMD H-bridge driver? Single channel is enough and doesn't need to be super powerful. Like amp or two. There are hundreds of those, but I'm struggling to find one that accepts 0-5 logic from Arduino, inputs are just pulse width plus direction and the accepted PWM frequency would be quite low. Many automotive rated ones seem to have 20khz min PWM frequency limit, which is quite high.

EDIT: This one might be the ticket with it's wide voltage range. https://www.pololu.com/product/2999
