I am planning to use this Molex 560045-1201 CMX connector for my ECU design. Is it possible to wire it on a double layer PCB? I have also attached the datasheet. The pitch is 2.5mm for signal pins which makes it difficult to route the tracks upto connector pins as they are tightly packed.

What mcu are you using? 120 pins is probably way more than you'll need. Maybe look for a connector with a lower pin count and wider spacing if it's a concern
