Sorry for lack of knowledge in electronics but i want to ask if i could swap 160 ohm resistor with 150 or 180? In v0.4 board those are ignitor output R25, R27, R32, R31.

Yes you can.
160 Ohm is on the high side really
150 Ohm is fine, people has gone as low as 10 Ohm I believe.
