Pinout is: 1=Vr+ 2=Vr- 3=shield ground
+1 to all that. You can test your sensor for wiring, as the signal pins should show a resistance when measured of generally 500 to 1500 ohms. In order to verify polarity, you can stick a ferrous metal object (bolt, wrench, etc) to the sensor where the signal should show (+) voltage when the object sticks, and (-) when it's pulled away. The shield ground pin should connect to neither of the other two pins, and only connects to a chassis ground point at the ECM (single-end shield ground). A signal conditioner module is required to process the VR signal for Speeduino to read.

This is the wiring diagram I found for your sensor part number:

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THE WIKI.

You are asking questions that the wiki has clear answers too.
