I never got round to making any specific boards for gpio or gears.
But you can use another speeduino board ( there is a board type in the TS menu)
This will give you nice protected inputs and strong outputs.
Iirc all the main( so vo3 ,vo4 and no2c) boards are an option.
Most people do their own thing if they need anything more custom, some have just used relay module boards as output sections..
It is very easy to add a custom configuration, details are in the wiki.

I was thinking relay board. I want a really basic controller. I have a supercharged geo tracker. Its not a race car. LOL Thanks you for getting back to me so fast.
