So this afternoon I did a run with both data logging turned on and Autotune running.

When I look at the results produced by Autotune I see that a number of cells have been reduced. Now comes the mystery.

Open up the matching log with Megalog viewer and run VE analyse. In the same cells that Autotune reduced VE analyse adds fuel. ??????

In both cases the Cell values were not changed as I reviewed the results before updating the table.

When I look at the log I see that where the cell is producing a rich AFR (say 12.5) VE Analyse adds fuel to the cell?

Is there something I am missing on the settings that could explain the discrepancy or ???

There are some filter settings, like coolant temperature or like 2CV sugested AFR delay.
Somewhere you can also limit the effect of autotuning.
If you stil have your log and the settings used when making the log you can auto tune it on your PC while altering the filtering settings.

Now when looking at the 3D fuel table it should be smooth en no sudden spikes or deep points.
