Hello, I have an ej20k that I rebuilt and am putting in a 2003 outback. I'm currently making the wiring harness and need to know if there is any way to run sequential ignition and injectors without an aftermarket 36-1 crank sensor plus a 1 tooth cam sensor. I have both a 36-2-2-2 and 6/7 trigger setups that I can put on the engine. But looking at the documentation on the 36-2-2-2 it doesn't explicitly state you can not use a cam trigger but it appears you can not. And the 6/7 doesn't have any documentation that I've seen.

6/7 is WIP. Just ignore it.

Is there a reason you feel you need sequential?

Generally.yiy go a 36-1 crank and single cam as it's simple and if you are doing a swap may as well do it while the engine is out.
