Hi all!
I’m based in manchester (nearly) Uk, is there anyone else about who can help me get started? I think I need to review my injector wiring first, but, I managed to get my MX-5 NB1 to splutter a couple of times, then made my starter make a funny noise, now it just spins without turning the engine over, got a new one on the way.

I’ll get it swapped out next week, then I’m ready to try again.

I think in my excitement, I may have wired the injectors 1:1, rather than my firing order, if that doesn’t make it start, I could do with some help, should be okay to tinker away on my own once it’s running, just need to get it there first.

If your sure that everything else is probably ok, try disconnecting the injectors and then trying it with some easy start.
If it fires up, you know its an injector issue

Have you checked that the timing is correct with a timing light?
