Hello guys i have a problem and im not good electrician. My arudino is not getting power and i measured voltage regulator but there is no 12V going to LM2940T. Also measured 2N2222 transistor which is supposed to trigger ground when ignition switch(base) is on and there is 12V going on emitor and collector. Could you help please? because Im lost.

At the beginning it was working but i shortened IGBTs with passive aluminium cooler(my bad) then replaced and suddenly no arduino power. Here is link to full schematic of the board.
