Nice, you did find the problem.
And it is a pitty thought that the speeduino was the cullprit.

Did you assemble the speeduino yourself or did you buy preassembled one ?

Improper Speeduino assembly. Bummer, but glad you found it. The old Speeduino is saveable to use again, but you'll have to track-down the error, and now you have motivation knowing it will likely be something simple to find on that PCB. 8-)

Yeah! So the first speeduino that has the problem is assembled by me. And this new working one is from diyefi.

I would like to save the old speeduino. How ever i feel like it is cursed. :D maybe buyin new pcb and transfer all components to that. And maybe replace some of those 8 pin ic's. :D
I actually have taken that board out of the bike and looked it couple of different times, and cant find anything obvious wrong with it. There is picture of it in 3 page of this thread.
