I use TS no full version Table generator VE can not use. Please help me to make a table VE. Engine size 400cc
Idle 1200-1600 rpm
Max rpm 16,000,
Maximum power 65 H.P at 13,000 rpm
Peak torque is 43 at 10,000 RPM

Dmitriy, those numbers will give a bad table, as the horsepower at 13,000 ("65 H.P at 13,000 rpm") is lower than it is at max torque (43 ft/lb at 10,000 rpm is about 82 hp).

Just for figuring, the formulas for ft/lb of torque (TQ) and horsepower (HP) are:
TQ = HP * 5252 / RPM
HP = TQ * RPM / 5252
RPM = HP * 5252 / TQ


You should also know the number of cylinders, number of injectors, and the injector size to confirm the table is reasonable. In a worst-case, a tuner's "wedge table" can be used to get started, and it is briefly outlined in the Tuning section of the Speeduino Wiki. Hope that helps.

Those are good numbers, and show a very flat HP curve, with an even drop in TQ. The table below is NOT suitable for running the engine under load, but may help to get you started towards tuning. No one's making you do this. Use your own judgment. You're on your own. I made this table for a 14500 redline, which is generally plenty for a peak HP rpm at 13000. You must change your rpm and VE numbers to suit your engine! Use care and good luck!

What's your hardware setup? The battery voltage circuit is a fairly simple voltage divider, so if there's a problem with it, it's more likely to be a hardware problem than a software one.

Do you have the correct board selected in your Engine Constant settings?
