On the 4.4c board, pins 14-18 are dedicated "out" pins for flex fuel, fan, fuel pump, tach and clutch control. However, there are jumpers on the bottom of the board for each of those circuits. According to the WMTronics web page, "If you want to use a connection for prototype purposes, simply cut the jumper on the back and route it to the proto area." So, I can delete the Flex Fuel function (JP6) and use pin 14 for my Fuel Pressure input to the proto area.

Build your input protection circuit in the proto area, run a wire to your spare analogue input, cut the jumper on the input from the connector that you want to use, run a wire from the proto area to the corresponding pin on the proto connector link and assign the analogue pin you chose earlier in tunerstudio.
