After thinking about it a lot it's not worth staying with the Tec3r case.
so I design a new board from scratch.
I'm going with 8 hi z injectors and 8 smart ignition drivers.
attach new schematics and gerbers for your opinions.

Can't see the point of making a 8x8 ecu when you only have 1 VR crank input? not every engine has a HALL Cam sensor and to change to a MAX9926 conditioner wouldn't be much extra work for 2 VR inputs.

OK just I designed around my engine. But added new MAX9924 this can be installed if need second VR for cam sensor.

And your schematic is not really pleasant to check, some symbols are not well orientated, and a lot of "mix" into the connexion...not easy for me.
New schematic and add second MAX9924

Why the dual max9924 and not one 9926? Some overvoltage calmping on the analog inputs? In josh latest stream he said he had som problems with vnld5160, the teensy didnt supply enough current to open the gate fully.
Best of luck.

The issue with the drivers is not one of current capacity but of voltage level.
The teensy and stm32 only output 3v3 Vs the 5v the mega do and this is very marginal to get the drivers to fully turn on.
Either use a level shifter or a driver like tc4424 to lift the output voltage or choose a 3v3 compatible driver fet

I only need one for crank sensor, my cam sensor is hall, just add a second one just in case for future use but I don't even solder this part on the board.
I have SRV05-4 on analog inputs it's not enough?
I check about vnld5160 issue.
