How do you configure your injection settings when original injector wiring is used? OEM injectors are banked 1-3-5 and 2-4-6
As I Understand speeduino only supports semi-sequential for 6cyl.

- Simultaneous injecting?
- Alternating, paired layout, with 3rd output not used?
- Lowering number of injectors/cylinders to match using 2 injector ports?
- Something other?

for stock wiring select paired and change squirts per cycle to 6.but its recommend to run 3 channel. i personally haven't try it because my car still in pieces :lol:

Hi All,
Im having an No Start Issue for an M40B16
Following is the Setup
Stock Coil and Distributor
Stock Injector Rail with injector 3,4 connectors swapped
Stock Injectors 156cc
CPS is changed to M52 Hall type
E36 M40 Throttle swapped for
Trigger angle - 246

car did run once with 246 trigger
but didnt afterwards
with 246 trigger and advance set to 0 when checked with timing light missing tooth doesnt line up with the timing arrow of crank
but for 220 trigger it aligns perfectly when checked with timing light
am i missing something ?

Current Tune attached with tooth logger and a cranking log

why did u swap the injector wiring?

i swapped the injector harness cz its paired as 1-3,2-4 not what speedy actually expected
yep i have the base tune loaded
currently gonna ditch the stock injector and ignition and go full individual coils on each cylinder for Wasted COP and semi seq injection

I'm using 244 trigger angle for my M40B16 so 246 sounds about right. Are you sure you have the correct timing arrow on the crank, I needed to find tdc by lining up a hole at the back of the engine with a hole in the flywheel.

I had a quick look at your tune, I think your idle advance settings are wrong, try using added instead of switched or just turn it off until you can get it to run. Also I'm using over 80% duty cycle on the idle control valve.

i will be testing this out tomorrow
made an harness for Wasted COP and Semi-Seq Injector harness to check tomorrow if nothing worked out

The only changes I've made are AFM delete, tps, and rewired injectors 3 & 4, everything else is stock. I'm using the M40 crank angle sensor and a vr conditioner.

I'll share my tune with you so you can use it as a reference. It's far from perfect and it doesn't idle very nicely but it does run. And don't blame me if it blow your engine up haha.

I'm using raku's v1.4 board (but with analog sensor input changes) and it's on the august 2020 firmware.

Hi, im currently setting up m40 on k20 individual coil, running on wasted spark configuration. got spark and fuel but no start, im totally blind about whats wrong.
been trying the 244 trigger angle yet no start
