If you changed your compiler optimization level for compiling Speeduino, you will need to change it back before you compile ardu-stim onto an uno. Some folks have two copies of the file and use a batch file to copy the right one in.

All of the links are working fine for me.   For example, if you click link #2, you will see a page that has the current link to SerialUI. Follow that and you will get to a download page, to get the SerialUI files you are after near the bottom, along with more useful info. Same for the other link to Druid4Arduino.

Hi all

Trying to get Ardu-stim into a original Arduino Uno R2 and keep having this error:

Writing | ###############################################avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding
avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding
avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding

I'm using:
Arduino 1.8.5 (platform with -Os flag but -O3 does not work either)
SerialUI 2.1.6 (tried 2.1.4 with no luck)

Even tried AVRISP mkII without any luck.

I can upload any other sketch but not Ardu-stim

Can't really find out what's going wrong. Any ideas?

Yes, no errors.
Just tried with SerialUI 2.2.0 and still no luck

UNO R2? I don't recall when they went from the old 2kb to the newer 0.5kb bootloader but Ardu-Stim nearly fills an R3's flash, and the old bootloader size would make the difference too small. Maybe that's it? There may be some clue in the verbose output on compiling between available space and compiled code size, or load Blink and see how much space remains and calculate it. If it loads onto a Mega, then the code is good, and you may need to load a new bootloader on your old R2. Maybe.
