I use that with Chinese injector test bench. Flash point over 60 degrees mean, you must try really hard to make flames.

I use MS2´s test option for accuracy. CT-150´s injector test modes are quite rough and not good for real flow tests.

All info is out there just to grab. Don´t try to figure wheel again.

Ps. Sheet I made was made with data I gained from genuine Siemens Deka 875 injector with steady 3bar pressure and 12v voltage. Everyone can check that if I was right or wrong with data that is out there.

Since my injectors are so damn big it gets to being a serious pain in the ass to keep fueling right at low loads. 0.5ms is more than a quarter of the entire fuel pulse around idle.
While fuel density might have something to do with it I doubt it's all of it, manly because priming the return pump for a while doesn't change anything.
The injector characteristics change with temperature because the resistance of the copper changes, over 100C the resistance will change by around 40%. There should be a correction for dead time v temperature.
