I soldered mine in place then loaded the bootloader. With the bootloader installed , uploading firmware via Arduino IDE is same as normal mega2560 board.

U need more Mosfet's outs for selenoids. SCG-ATC haveonly 8 pcs.

Why not. U can add an external Mosfet and use free pins from Mega2560
