Hi, Finally getting close to firing up the engine after multiple CV19 delays. So looking in the documentation it says Hall or VR for RPM input. On the board it says Direct or ISC(or TSC). So can someone tell me which one for Hall?

I am assuming Hall as using an MSD equivalent of a GM 8pin HEI.

At this stage I have JP1 set to 5V and contemplating whether I need the pullup. Any hints on the correct jumper setting for this board appreciated.

hall is direct, VR needs a conditioner.

There has been confusion for which jumper using what kind of signal. So it is now designated simply as Direct for signals that can or should go direct to the processor (<5V digital signal, Hall, opto, etc) and SC for signals that are not 5V digital (VR, coil(-), etc), requiring routing through the plug-in signal conditioner circuits.
