Can you make a signal output fuel consumption? This is necessary for the on-board computer.
16000 pulses per 1 liter of spent fuel. The active level is low. The duration of the active level is 0.9 ms.

This may be an application for the GPIO, collecting rpm and pulse width info from Speeduino, calculating and sending the fuel-used pulses to your trup computer.

Could be a more broadly useful function although implementations would vary according to manufacturer...

BMWs utilise an instantaneous fuel economy gauge (ie mpg or l/100km), a measurement of vehicle speed would also be required to perform the calculation - from there it shouldn't be too complicated to drive the factory gauge (at least in older models)
