There is a bug or something in fixed timing or when using tables.
The trigger offset for fixed timing enabled and disabled is diferent. its about 5-10 grees off.

That doesn't mean it's wrong. There are several settings in TunerStudio that intentionally affect timing, from temperatures to fuel. I would check all of your active settings for what might be modifying the output timing, that you may not be aware-of. If no joy reviewing all of them, post a log of the timing shift, with the tune used to take it. A ZIP file is good to keep them together.

Maybe (re)start by describing your full setup, describe the problem in a bit more detail and provide tune (msq) and log to help the explanation of the problem you see.
