I tested the MAP at the pins into board, sensor responds to vacuum/pressure change via multimeter.
However, Tuner studio shows the signal erratic at zero with no change to Vacuum/pressure when applied.
All other sensors working good except the TPS, as it increases in percentage, it will influence the reading of the MAP gauge.

Could this be a short in my board somewhere? If so, any short cuts to check? Should I start removing capacitors, resistors in the two circuits, or is there an easy adjustment?

Yep I'm working with v0.4.3c, Thanks for inquiring.
I finally found my own mistake.
After looking closely at the schematic of the circuits, I traced down that the A2 and A3 pins going to the Arduino CPU were not soldered. (Not sure how the TPS was working at all) ... anyway,
After soldering, I now have a good responding MAP signal and a good TPS signal response. Nice and smooth.

Will just produce random results and pick up all sorts of noise.
