Made some tests on a bench with two speeduino boards. One I am having problems is reacting when pluging in to pc, other one is not.
Also in a car when ignition is switched on, after ~1s idle valve activates and injector LED's get dimly lit. maybe some component got bad or something.

issue found, faulty speeduino board or component. Wired other speeduino ecu on same arduino board and everything works fine.
