Hi all, im new in this kind a field. I like to ask a question here if you all dont mind. I try to understand the working prinsiple of the ecu(electronic control unit) in motorcycle. He re is the case..in motor cycle like mine is suzuki f150. Its 4 stroke engine so crankshaft need to rotate 2x to complete cycle. After i put a oscilloscope i see the fuel injector only spray only one of the 2 cycle. Here is my question. How the ecu know the different TDC compression and TDC exhaust. Unlike in the car there is camshaft sensor to mark every indifidual piston at TDC compression.

It's possible, the map sensor is being read to determine the induction stroke.

It meant that it sounded like trolling to me. Apols if I got that wrong.

If there is a camshaft sensor to mark every tdc compression, thats how it knows when it's tdc compression and tdc exhaust.
