The number of Skip Cycles can have a noticeable influence. Correct Dwell Compensation for a hot cranking spark also helps, along with accurate Injector Voltage Correction for proper fuel delivery at low cranking voltage. Time is the largest factor, as E-fuels are slow to vaporize at low temperatures, and why it seems you need so much fuel. It needs vapor to burn, and can need less fuel if it has more time to vaporize. Pausing after key-on prime before cranking is another example, or Injector Close Angle of 540°+ at low speed, etc. This is one likely reason for the OEM simultaneous injection, as it provides more fuel dwell time in the runners for vaporization. Have fun experimenting and tuning. 8-)
