Was there any update to this? I am facing the same problem (0.4.4c + MEGA2560) when I adjust the ve table and disconnect tuner studio the car leans up quite a lot (from about 14-15 to 16-17) this is annoying and makes tuning impossible. I also tried to update to the latest fw today to no avail.
Thanks in advance if anyone has a solution.

Do you have a log of it running connected and disconnected? And the tune?
