Hello people

I'm using the ardustim to simulate the crank together with the 0.4.3c board. However, the rpm in the tunerstudio reaches a maximum of 1500 if I set a higher rpm, the rpm pointer returns to zero and the injection and ignition leds stop flashing.

But when I do the simulation using only the arduino mega without the board with the crank connected directly to the digital 19 this problem does not occur.

Thank you

Lets make sure your setup is correct. The stim and the Speeduino must share a ground. Make sure also that the trigger jumpers are set to Hall or Direct with NO pull-up.

Yes, the ground is shared and Jumper 2 is set as a hall. Doing more tests I found that when I put the distributor on the ardustim, the rpm works correctly, but when I put the wheel 60-2 the rpm reaches up to 1500 and then drops to zero and the injection and ignition turn off.

The configuration of the trigger settings in TS must be the same as the ardustim pattern. If not, you'll get odd results (like the one you describe).

The configuration was made according to the images below, for wheel 60-2 and 4 cylinder distributor.

Do you have a non-speeduino version of ardustim to try? The one you are using is pretty new and it is not impossible that it still has some bugs to iron out. Alternatively, someone else who already has it set up could try the same settings as you with the new speeduino ardustim. I can't do it unfortunately as my test board is not currently available.

I can't tell in your video if the RPM actually matches below 1500, as it never stops changing. Are you using a sweep, tweaking a pot, or something else? Try some fixed RPM numbers. Also, what is your cranking RPM setting in your tune? The RPM is calculated differently depending on whether above or below the cranking value.

I have already tested it with another version of the ardustim that was used in the beginner's guide.

The same problem occurred, I even tested it with my own code and the same problem happens. In the video I'm using a potentiometer, but I've tested it with fixed rpm and the same problem happens.

As for the cranking settings are as shown in the image below.
