I will put the trx420 and cbr250/300 throttle body side by side and get some measurements.

The trx420 injector was flow test to be 288cc at 40 psi by this guy:

https://www.hondaatvforums.net/threads/ ... nfo.93418/

I do not have a stepper driver yet (its in my amazon cart!) so i can only share the pinout thats in the thread above.

"Stepper IACV pins from left to right.

This is looking at the valve itself with lock tab up. Will have to use a PWM to stepper adapter with MicroSquirt.

(1B) (2B) (2A) (1A)"

I will know more when i get the driver and can run the motor back and forth. I should have time later today to show the differences in the throttle bodies.

Thanks for the feedback!

Admittedly I found the answer to most of the questions I had asked you by actually reading through your first couple posts again. Sorry for the redundancy. Still interested in the IAC cal though.

Looks like the Rancher Injector on the CBR/CRF system would result in 322 cc/min, I believe the stock CBR/CRF injector is somewhere around 289 cc/min at 50psi.

Allllright alllright allllllright

before i blast pics....

Trx420 injector

125072128 and 7apfv has a denso swoosh d on it

Cbr injector

066032305 and dc3dk

I have been unable to cross the part number to anything else. However i did find this link:

http://www.yuminashi.eu/235cc-12-holes- ... -cbr600rr/

It discusses stock injector size and upgrades.
Now for pics... These are just a general overview of the two throttle bodies. Note the cbr has the IAC motor pointed different. I clocked mine this way for clearance after install.

The sensor pack swapped perfectly from the cbr to the trx and I picked up the IAT functionality. It was a little less than 70 (like 66 or so degrees) and the resistance was around 3100 ohms. Thats very close to what a GM IAT would read. Fingers crossed the calibration isnt terrible

I built a good bit of the harness tonight and installed the throttle body. I need to get some plastic loom cover tomorrow or Friday....

This leaves me with fuel pump wiring and relay, tps feed to trans controller, and ignition pickup wiring. I am going opto, negative coil pickup so two wires over to the coil area should sort that out. Then I will need to terminate everything on the NO2C end, mount the fuel pump and hook up the fuel line and drive way (if only....). I have to remove the bed to get in there to mount the pump and remodel the fuel lines en masse. As well as clean the fuel tank thoroughly to prevent future issues. Once i get it starting and moveable on a base tune (maybe) I will pull the exhaust and drill and tap for the wideband as well as replace the muffler and stuff (its in bad shape and I want it to be done before i tune it). I also need to pick up an air filter cartridge.

You can get at least 1 valid point for the IAT sensor from the CRF250L Service manual. It can be found with a google search on the first page. They have a bunch of information in there, it will be under the section 4 - PGM-FI.
